Ilaria Tramelli is the Product & Innovations Director for EMEA at Industrial Scientific, where she drives the development and adoption of cutting-edge gas detection technologies. With over 15 years of experience spanning customer service, business development, and product innovation, Ilaria has established herself as a leader in the health, safety, and environment (HS&E) sector.

Throughout her career, she has championed initiatives to enhance worker safety through innovation, with a particular focus on sensor and PID technologies. Her expertise in chemistry, coupled with her leadership roles at companies like Blackline Safety and Ion Science, has positioned her as a driving force in creating impactful solutions for industrial safety challenges.

ilaria holds a master’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Bologna. She is passionate about advancing diversity in the workplace and empowering women in leadership roles. At the PDC&E, Ilaria will contribute her insights as a panelist in the “Women in Safety” session, sharing her perspective on overcoming workforce challenges, the value women bring to HS&E, and fostering a culture of inclusion.
