During her earlier career stages, she acted as key accounts executive at Legend PAPI “March-1999” until her last official position as an employee at Bahrain Institute for Banking & Finance as Special Projects and Business Development Manager. Sameera has accumulated over 22 years of experience in Management, Training and Development, Marketing, Sales, Business Development & Customer Service Field, today she is the owner and the “Chief Initiatives Officer” in her own company (Mubadara for Business Consultancy) and she provides consultations services and highly contextualized training workshops for many organizations both locally and regionally in both Arabic and English, developed to match the cultural and environmental background of her audiences.

In addition, she has experience in facilitating Leadership and Management (ILM-UK) trainings, Sales and Marketing programs with Institute of sales Management (ISMM-UK) and Coach Training Programs by Association of Coaching-UK and facilitated training programs which are accredited by International Coach Federation (ICF).

Dr. Alaa Zidan is a Full Time Trainer At Al Mashreq Trainig . Alaa has 31 years of experience in emergency care, trauma care and orthopedics and more than 10 years of teaching experience as a senior lecturer in medical college. His master’s degree is in degree in orthopedics and trauma, he had his fellowship in trauma and fracture treatment from the Association of the study of internal fixation of fractures from the university hospital Freiburg, Germany. Alaa is an Advanced and Basic Cardiac Life Support (ACLS & BLS) instructor. He taught many of ACLS and BLS courses with the American Heart Association as well as advanced first aid courses. He is providing train the trainers for emergency care on behalf of the NSC and he recently became a certified Principles of Occupational Safety and Health (POSH) and Safety Management Techniques (SMT) instructor.

Dr. Chit Lutchman is a hands-on energy professional with more than 30 years of experience in leading Operations, Project Management, HSE, PSM and Operations Excellence Management Systems. A strong advocate for zero workplace incidents, Dr. Lutchman has devoted much of his career to finding creative solutions for eliminating workplace incidents – injuries, illnesses and harm. Chit is well experienced in operations risk management and is a published author in the areas of Project Management, HSE, PSM, OEMS and Human Factors. Building on work experience with multiple global energy producers, Chit seeks to improve Human Reliability and Asset reliability to generate exceptional and sustainable business and organizational performance. Dr Zsuzsanna Gyenes is a Senior Process Safety Expert with extensive experience in training CEO’s of high hazard industrial sites on Process Safety Leadership and Culture, implementing tools and overseeing Process Safety Management systems for industrial sites, reviewing safety reports, advising on risk reduction and performing on-site inspections. Currently being involved in Disaster Risk Knowledge Management, resilience goals and building scenarios for multi-hazard risk assessments.

Dr. Wes Scott, a retired military officer, has over 30 years’ experience in the engineering, environmental, biomedical, industrial hygiene and occupational safety and health fields. Dr. Scott has managed consulting projects in many different countries around the world and is a Registered Professional Engineer, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 Internal Auditor, Certified Safety Professional and Certified Industrial Hygienist Dr. Scott has worked with the National Safety Council (USA), US Army, The Army Corps of Engineers, Federal Emergency Management Agency, The Center for Intelligence and Smith Klein Medical Laboratories. He currently serves as the President and CEO of Global EHSS Leadership Solutions. Dr. Scott has been appointed by the US Secretary of Labor to serve on the NACOSH Committee with his term ending in 2018.
