A strong advocate for zero workplace incidents, Dr. Lutchman has devoted much of his career to finding creative solutions for eliminating workplace incidents – injuries, illnesses and harm. Chit is well experienced in operations risk management and is a published author in the areas of Project Management, HSE, PSM, OEMS and Human Factors. Building on work experience with multiple global energy producers, Chit seeks to improve Human Reliability and Asset reliability to generate exceptional and sustainable business and organizational performance.
