Haifa is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in energy, finance, and strategic transformation. In her final role at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), she served as a Finance Director on the Managing Director Committee, leading the Finance and Integrated Supply Chain divisions. During her tenure, she spearheaded key restructuring efforts, advancing PDO’s low-cost and low-carbon strategy and enhancing operational efficiency.
Haifa also played a critical role in establishing Energy Development Oman (EDO), acting as interim CEO and securing investment-grade credit ratings. Her impact is global, highlighted by her role as Vice Chair of State Street Saudi Arabia Financial Solutions and as the Secretary General of the Omani British Society.
