Oscar has more than 22 years of experience in safety and process safety in the oil and gas industry in Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, USA, and Saudi Arabia. Oscar has 16 Professional Certifications in Safety, including CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CCPSC (Certified Process Safety Professional), and CFPS (Certified Fire Protection Specialist) from NFPA.
